About Myself
As the founder of Aighty3, a Design & Communication Studio that bridges brands and target audiences through impactful content, I leverage my expertise in design and marketing to forge innovative solutions for both online and offline media industries. With over a decade of experience, I possess a profound understanding of the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the digital landscape.
Prior to founding Aighty3, I held the position of Head of Brand and Design at mySwooop GmbH, a ReCommerce company affiliated with the Melchers Group, overseeing brand and design initiatives in Germany. Leading a team of talented professionals, I orchestrated the development of brand awareness and a cohesive visual identity.
Furthermore, my role as Marketing Manager at PROFISHOP GmbH involved spearheading marketing activities across Europe and collaborating closely with senior management to achieve the company’s growth and revenue objectives. During my tenure, I successfully crafted effective marketing and PR strategies while implementing comprehensive branding and employer branding initiatives.
